Being a better Leader by going with the flow: A Study in Priorities
A lot of organizations are coming up short when it comes to leadership development. As per a study the figure spent on this form of management training, stands at around US$ twelve billion among US companies. Talent shortages abound. That is where flow hacking could be worthwhile. Leaders often disrupt conventional wisdom through their breakthrough ideas, but it is not always possible to constantly challenge the accepted norms, so more often than not they go with the flow. This allows them to fight off adversity while at the same time staying true to organizational values. Also the leadership style must be defined by the organization depending on the work involved in.
