For this, one needs to start off by deciding on some online management training programme. The leadership needs to work on motivating employees to take up such courses for self- development. It is also essential that people get to understand the software to be used. This will help ensure that these training sessions may be accessed by all. Some amount of leeway still needs to be provided for those who aren’t well. The managerial staff too needs to chip in by boosting their team members’ motivation levels. A timeline has to be curated for all to follow, as this will inculcate a sense of seriousness.
