While enormous chunks of data are now available to every business manager, instead of simplifying lives, many end up complicating the. Data warehousing and subsequent analysis can only be useful if the concerned manager knows how to use the same. That is why, traditional managers who manage under hierarchical conditions are getting replaced by modern ones, more comfortable with real-time data in front of them. The former, have an army of subordinates who are expected to help them, but instead end up acting as mirrors, so the leaders only hear what they want to.
