Research: Better- managed Companies pay Employees more Equally
A study conducted recently confirmed that the best run of companies, tend to have a far more equitable pay structure in place. This keeps most happy, and is an effective strategy towards the right talent management. This is in stark contrast to the usual image of corporates where only those at the very top are rewarded with all the largesse. The existing conditions at the top places ensure improved efficiency. It also helps people be more focused on specific tasks, and avoid the compulsions of outsourcing. Instead, at such places outsourcing is done in specific functional areas such as cleaning, transport, security and catering. Such firms are also effective at setting goals, monitoring progress and developing their personnel.
