Sushma worked briefly as Strategic Advisor (HR) with Hero Motors India Ltd at Vice President level with the company and was with Maruti Suzuki India Limited for a total of 15 years, her last role being Department Head, Corporate HR .In her present capacity ,Sushma is OD /HR consultant at the strategic level, specially on performance Management, dashboards for Performance Reviews, structured recruitments & employee assessments as well as recruitment & training top managers in organisations.

Mr. Aritro Dasgupta is a product of the Delhi University having graduated in English from Ram Lal Anand College, Delhi and completed his Masters in Forest Management from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal Mr. Dasgupta has been actively involved in mentoring the students of skyline Business School .He is also well versed in developing content for internal / external research & publications. Mr. Vishwanath Subramaniam an Engineering graduate with PG Qualification in Management from prestigious Institutions of India (IIT,Madras/XLRI,Jamshedpur) has spent about 25 years in India and Gulf region in reputed organizations (Tata Steel India, Banks in Gulf region) and presently holding the position of Dy. Director Skyline Business School, Gurgaon.

Mr. V. Subramaniam’s experience spans functions of Strategy, Change Management E-Commerce, Total Quality Management Banking Operations Management Control Systems and MIS All aspects of System Development Life Cycle Information Systems Security & Audit.

His in-depth knowledge in these functions enable him to teach MIS, TQM, eCommerce etc. Besides his academic knowledge and Industry experience, Mr. Subramaniam is an excellent listener and his positive and empathetic attitude towards students help in their growth and Industry orientation

Ms. Shailaja Vij Manocha is a marketing faculty who specializes in Sales and Retail marketing having had above six years experience with Dabur and NIS before switching to academics full time.

Ms Manocha is a product of Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University and IMT Ghaziabad. She has been associated with Skyline Business School for over ten years and brings to the classroom the best in pedagogy and interactivity. Ms. Sheelu Puri, an alumnus of MBE Delhi University, South Campus, graduation BA Eco(hons) from Lady Shri Ram College & schooling from Convent of Jesus & Mary, New Delhi.Sheelu Puri started her career as a lecturer in Delhi University colleges , but soon switched to the corporate sector and worked with the Apollo and Patriot groups in the field of marketing, exports and business development and climbed to decision making levels in a short span of time. Less than a decade later Sheelu Puri started her own venture in the field of projects as its business head for over 8 years. In 1996 Sheelu Puri along with her husband Praveen Puri an alumni of St. Stephen’s college and FMS jointly started Skyline Business School for providing quality education and having felt the need to contribute to society in the business and management sector. Corporate and individual social responsibility is an area which needs to be introduced to students at the stage of higher education and Sheelu Puri has successfully been able to initiate Skyline Business School students to this need and thereby to make them responsible citizens first and business managers later.

Ms. Anita Singhal is a product of the University of Mumbai having graduated in Commerce from Podar College of Commerce and Economics and completed her Masters in Management Studies from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Ms. Singhal was also part of the first batch of Insurance Brokers certified by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority in 2002. She has set up home & consumer loans marketing activity for a CA firm. As Manager, Investment Banking Division of Apple Finance Ltd. at Mumbai, she has grossed a corporate experience of more than fi ve years before shifting to equity research at Quasar India Ltd.

Mr. Romesh Raina has more than three decades of corporate experience in human resource functions at senior levels like GM/VP in sectors like IT, Steel, Textiles, Real Estate, Hospitality, Insurance, FMCG and Electronics and has worked with leading companies such as HCL, Samtel, Siel, DLF, AEZ, VXL.Now for the last five years Mr. Raina is working as management consultant and trainer and as HRM faculty in reputed B schools. Mr. Raina has been doing training including design and delivery, especially for soft skills, sensitivity training and values labs; leadership, TQM; CRM; organisation building through HR strategies, systems, processes & policies, mentoring and counseling.
