How to keep your Team motivated, Remotely
With scores of people now working from home, it is important that the work teams remain motivated. Team leaders are often tasked with this challenging assignment. It tests the leaders’ entire talent management repository at this stage. There are several negative motivators as well that reduce work, so these need be handled urgently. The first two of these are related. These are emotional pressure and economic pressure. The third one is inertia for work. Conversely, there also exist a few positive motivators. They are the 3 Ps- Play, Purpose and Potential. Companies need to help their employees now by curating a day- wise work. While Monday for sure needs to have the greatest intensity, Friday needs to be about much reflection.
